His expertise spans across building pools, spas, complete backyard transformations, house foundations, concrete, and masonry work. Brian oversees all field operations, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. His approach to construction is rooted in the values he learned in the Marine Corps—commitment, discipline, and excellence. Crystal O’Leno – President
With a decade of experience managing large-scale operations, Crystal O’Leno brings an unparalleled level of leadership and strategic vision to US Veteran Construction. Before stepping into her role as President, she served as the Director of Operations for JPS and Company Transportation, a major U.S. mail carrier for the United States Postal Service. Crystal’s background in logistics and high-level business management has been instrumental in shaping the direction of US Veteran Construction. She ensures that every department within the company operates with efficiency, precision, and a customer-first mentality. Noah O’Leno – Chief Operations Office
With over 20 years of experience in business management, Noah O’Leno has successfully owned and operated multiple companies in industries ranging from import/export to residential solar and transportation. As the Chief Operations Officer of US Veteran Construction, Noah is responsible for managing the company’s daily operations and working closely with customers to bring their visions to life. His ability to strategize, organize, and execute largescale projects has been instrumental in the company’s growth.
